Skill/Vocational training refers to the process of acquiring job role oriented abilities and knowledge required to perform tasks effectively. It is important because it enhances employability, improves productivity, and contributes to holistic development of an individual as per his/her interests.
What are the types of course programs offered at TUSTI Foundation?
TUSTI Foundation offers a wide range of certificate and diploma courses for the youths in the most sought after sectors.
Youths belonging to marginalised sections of the society also have the opportunity to enrol under various sponsored programs as per their eligibility and availability of such programs.
What are the training/ certification courses available?
The students can opt for courses under sponsored/paid section in various sectors such as aviation, hospitality, healthcare etc. Refer to courses section for more details.
What is the duration of the courses?
The courses offered have varying durations. Course duration may vary from one month for some courses to one year for others.
Who is eligible to enrol for the courses?
Anyone who is 18 - 28 years of age and is a resident of India can enquire for the courses. However, eligibility criteria varies based on the nature of the course and the course sponsorship.
What is the process of applying to the courses?

Will the students be provided with uniform?
Students who undergo training at TUSTI Foundation are provided with uniforms.
Male candidates are provided with two pairs of Shirt and Pant.
Female candidates are provided with two pairs of Top and Skirt.
The cost of uniform is included in the course fee for sponsored/paid programs.
What are placement opportunities at TUSTI Foundation?
TUSTI Foundation offers 100% placement assurance to its students in the sector in which they have completed their training. TUSTI Foundation has good tie-ups with industry partners to facilitate students’ placements. However, placement opportunities shall also depend on the individual’s performance and preference of industry partners who recruit from our institute.
What is the nature of jobs provided?
TUSTI Foundation provides job opportunities only in the private sector.
Are students provided with hostel facilities?
Separate hostel facilities are available for male and female students who undergo training at Guwahati.
