Skill Training

 

Skill training are short term vocational courses with the objective to enable the youth and other eligible beneficiaries to take up industry-relevant training that will help them in securing a better livelihood.

The key interventions include:

  • Short Term Training: This type of training aims at training, assessing, certifying and providing placement opportunities to youths and enabling them to start their career in an industry of their choice.
  • Special Projects: Special Projects are schemes aimed to undertake project-based skilling interventions, primarily to meet the skilling needs of marginalized & vulnerable groups and those of difficult/remote geographies, and through innovative skilling strategies.
  • Recognition of Prior Learning: RPL focuses mainly on individuals engaged in the unregulated sectors and through its skill certification which will help them to secure a better livelihood.
Cluster Development & Livelihood Generation Programs

The primary objective of such programs are to utilize the available natural/agricultural resources within a particular region or cluster and empower the local residents to process these resources and produce goods of higher quality for greater inflow of capital.

The key interventions include:

  • Organizing the local artisans and farmers to form Self-Help Groups and designate the role of each individual
  • Skill Training of each individual as per their role in the cluster ecosystem
  • Equip the workforce with infrastructure and requisite machinery to compete with market leaders
  • Arrangement of forward linkages via market connects.
Manpower Services

Our diverse portfolio extends to providing reputed establishments with personnel who can look after their facility on a day-to-day basis. The skilled manpower provided helps to build the environment within these establishments to ensure maximum productivity within the business. We provide caretakers, cleaners, office assistants, delivery personnel, stewards and many more to these establishments from our large pool of ready-to-deploy resources.

The key interventions include:

  • Organizing data of skilled manpower from various sources
  • Grooming the candidates prior to the interview.
  • Coordinating with the client post shortlisting of the candidates with reference to their smooth onboarding process.
  • Handholding & support to the shortlisted candidates during their entire tenure of service to the organization.
